Trash Can Candy Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 boxcake mix, about 15 oz, yellow or chocolate
• 2eggs
• ⅓ cupvegetable oil
• 1½ cupHalloween candy, unwrapped and chopped
• ½ cuppretzels, roughly crushed

Method

1. Heat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment.

2. Stir the cake mix, eggs and oil together in a bowl until a thick, smooth dough forms.

3. Fold in all but a handful of the chopped candy and the pretzels.

4. Scoop 2-tablespoon balls onto the sheets about 2 inches apart and press the reserved candy into the tops.

5. Bake until the edges are set but the centers still look soft.

6. Let them cool on the sheet so they finish setting.
